High Speed Motors

The motors are HDFL type suitable for all types of speed door applications.

Gearing

• Installation position as wished.
• Solid housing made of cast aluminium.
• Worm gear pair of low noise with hollow shaft.
• Integrated safety catch independant from rotary frequency and position.
• Diameter of hollow shaft:
  • 30mm
  • 40mm
• Worm Wheels are made of Wear Resistant Phosphor Bronze.
• Is suitable for all installation positions.
• Self Locking Low Noise Worm Gears.

Motor

• Three-phase AC motor:
  • Voltage able to be changed-over 3x230v/400v, 50Hz
  • Duty cycle S3-80%
• AC motor:
  • 1x230V, 50Hz
• Other voltages, types of protection, etc, upon request

Electronic Limit Switch

• 2 Operating limit switches, 1 prelimit switch (automatic adjustment).
  • The upper and lower final position is additionally equipped with change-over free contact.
  • Additional change-over contact for red flashing lights.
• Connecting terminal for slack rope switch or similar.
• Range of limit switch for diameter of hollow shaft:
  • 30mm
  • 40mm
  • 15 rotary motions of hollow shaft [HDF1]
  • 20 rotary motions of hollow shaft [HDF 2 | HDF 3]

Emergency Actuation

• Emergency crank handle.
• Emergency chain handle with automatic unlocking mechanism.
• Long useful life as it is made of solid toothed wheels made of steel and connecting links made of brass.
• Hoist chain with reversing, therefore it is possible to install the drive hanging or staying.
• The motors can be mounted horizontal or vertical.
