Top Hung Straight Sliding Door Gear

Ellard have been manufacturing the Rolls sliding door gear for over 40yrs, our aim to produce the best gear possible combining state of the art technology and modern principles of manufacture has placed Rolls fittings in the forefront of contemporary design.

The Ellard Rolls Sliding Door Gear range is designed for continuous hard wearing use with sliding doors up to 1360 kilograms.

Track sections are cold rolled from high grade galvanised strip and are supplied in four sizes in standard lengths of 2,000, 2,500 and 3,000mm. Support brackets, designed for side or top fixing and for single or double track runs. Continuous runs of track are formed by butt joining several lengths, using a track support bracket at each joint. The tracks should also be supported at approximately 750-1000 centres.

Door hangers are in various designs to suit the door construction. Hangers have grease packed ball bearings and alloy wheels to ensure long life and smooth running. Vertical adjustment is incorporated in the hanger body, avoiding the need to drill the door.

The load capacities shown are for straight sliding doors only, and number of doors may be hung on a length of track providing each door does not exceed the weight given.
