The Mini Basic and Mini Standard have been well recognised within the  industry for over 20 years due to their flexibility and easy fitting.

  • Description

    Ellard are the exclusive UK distributor for the Dalmatic Range of control panels.

    Dalmatic Mini Basic (V2)

    The Dalmatic Mini Basic panel is supplied as standard with all of our industrial motors. It features inputs for photocells and resistive edges, as well as remote controls with the additional radio module.

    The Mini Basic also features an adjustable time return, and is available as a PCB only, or pre-mounted in an enclosure.

    Dalmatic Mini Standard (V7)

    The Dalmatic Mini Standard is available as an upgrade, and can be supplied with all of our motors, as well as being available as a stand alone product, either as a PCB only, or pre-mounted in an enclosure. It features connections for photocells, as well as all safety edges. The Mini Standard features a programmable cycle counter, allowing setting of the panel for regular maintenance. Plug in cards are available for both remote control units and loop detectors. There is also an adjustable time return to allow you to set the operation cycle of the door. Traffic lights are also easy to program, with 48 different options for how the lights will work.

    The Dalmatic Mini Standard also features 3 wire mechanical limits, as well as diagnostic LED lights to make troubleshooting as easy as possible for you.

    Dalmatic V7E

    The Dalmatic V7E is our digital control panel.

    Tt features everything the Mini Standard does, but also features digital limits for your motors that will never slip, and can be set from low level, making installation easier. It also features an LED display panel that makes identifying and rectifying faults much easier than without.

      Yes, our Nubia traffic barrier has built in intelligent controllers which offer obstacle detection and built in lights to make them easy to see in the dark or in bad weather.

    • What are the benefits of direct drive motors?

      Direct drive motors remove the need to use an elaborate system of cogs. This means that the full power of the motor goes straight into the pulling mechanism, making it an extremely efficient motor. Without the extra mechanisms, it also has a very low sound output comparatively to other methods.

    • Why should I use a fire motor as part of my fire safety plan?

      Fire motors are often connected to your fire detection system and activate if fire is detected on your premises. They quickly and efficiently close helping to contain the fire and keep your employees/customers safe from the dangerous area. Government legislation requires that all fire doors must have an automatic function and all Ellard fire motors comply with the latest rules and regulations. All motors can be set to a Smoke Curtain mode, and our new Fire Door Control Panel has a panic circuit function to guarantee a means of escape.This allows you to re-open the shutter 3/4 then immediately re-close when fire alarm is still active.

    • Can I link specific access controls to my gate automation system?

    • What size strips do you supply your sliding door gear track?
