Raising the Industry Standard of Training.

As Ellard’s training coordinator, my role is to assist in the development of not only our customer base but also our customer service team. Over the coming months, our dedicated customer service team will carry out daily training sessions to heighten their knowledge and improve your experience.

Ellard is committed to raising standards, and by providing a range of training programmes, we feel it will give our customers a greater understanding of all our products.

What type of training is available?

We offer a range of Product training covering all our various product lines, including Industrial motor products and controllers, Garage door motors and accessories, Gates & Barriers, and Blind motors and accessories. We provide bespoke training to suit your needs, and by you providing specifics, we’ll make sure those needs are covered.

Ellard is also widely recognised as an important member of the DHF and is becoming more involved with raising standards in the UK. As part of this partnership, Ellard will soon be the base for a range of training courses provided by the DHF in the Northwest. Details of all courses and available dates will be published on our website soon, with invites being distributed via email.

Do you have any restrictions in place?

Our training facilities have re-opened. We operate a safe working environment, with a multitude of safety measures in place for face-to-face learning. These measures include limiting the number of people able to attend, social distancing, hand sanitising, and the use of lateral flow tests. After each session, our training facilities will be deep cleaned.
