As part of Ellard’s continuing desire to improve, we have started a product development group, with the intention of providing a platform for the consistent development of future products to meet the increasing demands of our customers.
Bringing together representatives from the different areas of expertise across the business, including members of the sales, technical, engineering, customer services and other specialisms of the business.
The objective of the group is to develop future products that suit both market and customer needs, and take into account our core factors of:
- Simplification
- Ease of installation
- Our desire to increase the sustainability of our products
Importantly, this is not what we think, but will be based on what you the customers desire.
We will be increasing the ease at which customers can give us your needs and wishes to make life easier for you or meet market challenges, and we will announce these exciting developments shortly.
