In recent months you may have seen numerous posts from Ellard mentioning our series of Discovery Days. Those days are now complete, and they have been a great success. Across the space of four days we welcomed a large number of our customers into Ellard. Within the days we explored a range of our products but mainly focused on the newest range, Marantec.
When we launched our new Marantec range in January, we wanted to ensure that our customers knew exactly what this partnership can provide and what sets us apart from our competitors. This series of Discovery Days accomplished exactly that, each day consisted of an overview of the Marantec range and our newest panel the Promax +, as well as in-depth product insight sessions, in which attendees could set up the innovative Promax + and learn the simplicity behind the Plug and Play feature. We ended the day with a final presentation focusing on Ellard’s added value, and the steps we take to offer a truly unique customer journey. With bespoke training sessions, as well as a technical team that is always here to support you, and a brand-new marketing support scheme, everyone at Ellard goes out of their way to provide the best customer service in the industry.
Our team worked non-stop across every department to ensure that everything ran smoothly each day, and we’re glad to see that all the hard work paid off. We received feedback from numerous customers, and all were positive, with one customer stating “It was a great day throughout, thoroughly enjoyed and made me feel very welcome! Thank you!”. We have also had numerous requests to do more of these days for those who couldn’t make it, as well as other days that focus on another one of our product groups, and there’s even the potential we take it on the road!
