Meet Our New External Account Managers: Stuart Kempster and Raymond Coetzee

We’re excited to introduce two new faces to the Ellard team, strengthening our support across the UK and Ireland. 

Stuart Kempster – Account Manager for Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scotland, and the North East 

Stuart joins Ellard with vast technical experience and a clear focus on customer success. He’ll be the go-to contact for customers across Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scotland, and the North East, helping to build lasting partnerships and deliver exceptional service. 

Stuart brings his experience from the lift industry, where precision, reliability, and safety are critical — to ensure our customers in the region receive expert support, fast responses, and a dependable point of contact. His background working with electro-mechanical systems, compliance-heavy installs, and field support gives him the technical mindset needed to help installers avoid downtime, get things right first time, and stay on schedule.

Raymond Coetzee – External Account Manager for the South of England 

Raymond brings a strong track record in trade-focused automation and building products to his role supporting customers across the South of England. With a solid understanding of the challenges installers face, from product integration to site scheduling, he’s focused on delivering real value where it counts. 

Raymond draws on his experience supporting installers and trade partners in the automated roof window sector, where reliability, precision fit, and seamless integration are non-negotiable. That means he knows what it takes to keep installs running smoothly, reduce time on-site, and deliver solutions that just work. Whether you're fitting smart blinds, garage motors, or industrial controls, Raymond’s approach is practical, responsive, and grounded in what engineers need day-to-day.
