We would like to officially welcome Anthony Phoenix and Joel Samuel to the customer service team.
Anthony has over 15 years’ experience in Customer service. Anthony has worked leading a team in his previous company and is very target focused. Anthony has come with a technical mind which has enabled him to pick up product knowledge almost straight away which has been a great addition to the team.
Joel has joined us through an apprenticeship programme, he has the right attitude and a great personality which has made him the perfect fit for the last piece of the puzzle for the customer service team. Joel has shown great initiative in his product and system training which has helped him grow within the team, he is also working in other areas of the business as part of his apprenticeship which gives him a better understanding of Ellard and helps him continuously improve in his role.
Both Anthony and Joel have proven to be great additions to the team. We are looking forward to continuing working collaboratively as a team to provide the best service for Ellard.
