We've organised a series of five personalised sessions for our employees who have requested coaching, tailored to their individual needs.
During these sessions, employees have the freedom to explore topics that matter most to them. Life coaching, as we see it, is a collaboration, our dedicated team partners with Certified Coach Judi Hastings to guide our employees through their development. Together, they'll work to uncover self-awareness, set meaningful objectives, and how to tackle life's challenges head-on.

With this in mind, we rolled out group training for our entire Operational Management Team, exploring how they can better lead their teams. Your mind will always look to prove you right, so by thinking more positively your outcomes will be different. Understanding what your values are and how these values can affect how you feel.
I’ve only had one session, but I came out of that session on a massive high, having been very low for such a long time. I now believe that I have the tools to overcome any negative feelings which will in turn make me feel valuable.”
