Ellard is excited to welcome Stuart Astbury as our new Customer Success Manager. Bringing a unique blend of operational expertise, leadership experience, and a fresh outlook, Stuart is already making a positive impact across the team.

A Diverse Background With a Fresh Perspective

Stuart joins us with extensive experience gained from running an international tattoo supply business. Working closely with artists and studios around the world, and operating within a family-run environment, he was deeply involved in every aspect of the operation, from stock management and warehousing to staffing and business development.

Before stepping into the world of tattoo supply, Stuart worked as an Area Manager at ASDA, where he developed strong leadership and organisational skills. Although his previous roles may come from different industries, Stuart believes this brings a unique advantage:

“My background might not look directly related to Ellard’s industry, but coming in with fresh eyes allows me to bring new ideas and alternative approaches that can help enhance our customer experience.”

Despite being with Ellard for only a short time, Stuart has felt welcomed and supported from day one:
