MDF/MWF20

The MDF/MWF motors are equipped with digital limits, built-in anti-drop device and low-level haul chain.  With a sleek and compact design, the MDF/MWF motors are an optimal solution for roller shutter installations. 

  • MDF20 - 220Nm (30mm hollow bore, 3 phase)

  • MDF20 - 180Nm 24rpm (30mm hollow bore, 3 phase)

  • MDF20 - 180Nm 24rpm used with CS320 FU Inverter (30mm hollow bore, 3 phase)

  • MWF20 - 220Nm (30mm hollow bore, 1 phase)

  • TÜV-tested safety gear with integrated damping

  • Safety gear operates independently of position and speed and is also both maintenance-free and wear-free

  • Rolled worm shaft – high-quality materials in the gearbox, very good self-locking values

  •  MDF drives are equipped with a thermocouple in the motor winding; this prevents overloading due to overheating

  • Various emergency controls available – reliable operation in the event of a power failure

  • Accurate electronic limit switch setting

  • 20 cycles per hour

  • All cable connections between the MDF gear motor and the control unit are pluggable

  • Operation with frequency inverter possible

  • Temperature range from −20 °C to +60 °C

  • IP54

  • Higher duty cycle available (HD Version)
