My name is Callum Atherton, and I am the Technical Sales Support Engineer at Ellard. I joined the company in October 2015 as an Apprentice Electrician and spent 2 years training hands-on with Ellard products and completing my NVQ Level 3.
In June, I joined the Sales team in a new role as the Technical Sales Support Engineer.
My role is to liaise with customers and their engineers and provide on-site assistance and support, as well as training internally and externally.
Having the chance to build a new role within the business is a great opportunity. This will be a new challenge for me, and I look forward to providing excellent technical support in the coming months.
