Over the past few months, the external sales team has seen a number of positive changes.
In June Justin Cole started as Southern Business Development Manager. Justin originally worked in the blinds industry but wanted a new challenge in selling automation and felt Ellard was the right move for him. Justin has learnt the Ellard range and used his skills with great success, building relationships with existing customers and bringing on new customers in the process.
On 1st November Jacqui Street joined the Ellard team as Northern Business Development Manager replacing Ashley Woodhead. Jacqui brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the Roller Shutter industry and already has an existing relationship with a number of Ellard customers. Throughout the month of November, Jacqui has carried out intensive training on the Ellard range and also started to introduce herself to Ellard customers.
On 1st December Ashley Woodhead will take up a new role as Internal Key Account Manager. Ashley started his journey with Ellard in the returns department, he then spent some time on the customer service desk followed by 2 years looking after the North of the country. Ashley’s strengths lie in customer service and this new role will ensure Ellard customers receive constant feedback and communication to ensure we remain the best in the industry.
